EU consumer rights: If you are a consumer based in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and, in Sweden, Distansavtalslagen, SFS 2005:59). The 30-day money-back guarantee below is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with SUMS Compliance, you can request a full refund within 30 daysof your initial subscription payment.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team and we will help you submit the request.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take a few business days for the funds to appear.
Renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. After the 30-day window, fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of that period.
